Eating In
I find it interesting to think about our own personal relationships with food and food choices. How we eat at home is wonderfully illustrated in Mark Menjivar’s photo essay, What Does the Inside of Your Fridge Say About You . We can tell much about the ways people live by the way they stock their fridge.
Eating Out
And deciding what you are going to eat or drink in a restaurant is sometimes an ordeal. A la carte menus can be so extensive, wine lists too complicated. I find it difficult to make a decision. It can end up pricy too. More often, I go somewhere with a limited menu with sensible combinations, suitably priced and tasty, put together by an expert. I trust Chef knows best how to prepare a delicious meal which appeals to all the senses. It’s the Prix Fixe menu that I gravitate toward. With fewer options for each course to choose from, I take the pressure off myself and leave it to Chef to create an enjoyable and satisfying dining experience.
That’s the idea behind the Iron Mountain Capture Service.
For many companies who want to “go digital” and remove paper from their processes, deciding where to start and what kind of service to go with poses a similar challenge.
Iron Mountain works with hundreds of customers to solve what are essentially similar challenges and help guide them to an optimal solution. With our Capture Services, we use that experience to help define your imaging project by simplifying the scope, pricing and implementation schedule to match your organization’s requirements.
Prix Fixe
By asking you to choose from a defined set of options, we can accelerate your project from scanning to indexing through delivery. You can take advantage of the efficiencies of digital more quickly without becoming expert yourself. Just like the Prix Fixe menu.
